The location minutes from city centre was lovely and nice. The double room was huge, included a coffee/tea maker, multi-channel television, and a sitting area. Everyone working at this great relaxing and romantic hotel was very very helpful!

I stayed at this lovely hotel for a few nights while traveling alone. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, showing me around the dining area and asking where I would like to sit for dinner. The room was beautiful, with a lovely bathroom. The grounds offered stunning views along the river, and the meal I had was delicious. a great experience.

A charming manor set by a tranquil river is an ideal place to stay! the music, food, and dancing were extraordinary. We loved the beautiful bedrooms and scenic views. Black cat, gardens, bar, and breakfast were fantastic. the antique furniture and free toast on the first night were an additional bonus.
There was a faint odor in the upstairs hallway, but it's quickly forgotten once you're in your room.

Spent New Year here and had a lovely time. The view of the river was great while enjoying the cozy fireplace in the lobby. Staff was very friendly, and the fish and chips were delicious. , it was nice that the hotel had a spacious room, and strong wifi signal.
With our stay. The soundproofing in the rooms was poor, which made it difficult to get some rest when there were noisy neighbors.

Fantastic riverside setting, friendly staff, and went the extra mile to help us. When our flight was canceled, they offered us the use of their computer and phone, and even washed, dried, and ironed my clothes for free. We'll definitely be back for a chilled out weekend. highly recommend!
